WUSPBA Registration and Roster Update Instructions

Please make the necessary corrections to the printed roster that was sent to you according to the following procedures. Please try to print all changes legibly, and include all necessary address items, including city, zip code, and street markings (such as St, Rd, Ave, etc). Please provide any items that may be missing.

DELETIONS

Line through the members which are no longer registered with you band.

CHANGES

Make corrections in red ink if possible.

ADDITIONS

Use blank lines provided at the end of the form. An extra page of blank forms has been provided in case you must register a large number of new members. You may make as many copies as you need.

JUVENILE BANDS

If you intend to compete in the Juvenile category, please add the member's birth date.

POSITION

Please indicate the member's position within the band. Choose PIPE MAJOR, PIPE SGT, PIPE CPL, PIPER, PIPING INSTRUCTOR, DRUM MAJOR, DRUM SGT, DRUM CPL, DRUMMER, SIDE DRUMMER, TENOR DRUMMER, BASS DRUMMER, SIDE/BASS, SIDE/TENOR, SIDE/TENOR/BASS, and TENOR/BASS. Administrative and non-playing members may also be recorded, such as PRESIDENT, VICE-PRESIDENT, SECRETARY, TREASURER, BAND MANAGER, BUSINESS MANAGER, or any other position which may WUSPBA may have to contact.

Corrections will be used to update the membership database, and corrected rosters will be printed and returned to the band for their records.
