7:30 p.m. Finalize EC meeting agenda with general overview of the weekend, light overview of the financials and bylaws, contest proposals, anything else that EC needs to discuss.

12:00-1:30 p.m. LUNCH

1:30 - 6 p.m. Continue EC meeting

9:00 a.m. General Session

12:00 noon LUNCH (may change depending on AGM progress)

1:15 p.m. Meeting continues, maybe finish AGM by 2 p.m. (+/- 2 hours!)

2:30 p.m. (estimate):
• Novice Drumming with Andre Tessier (~2 hrs.)
• Ian Whitelaw "Tuning and Tone" (~2 hrs.)
• Adjudicators' Ensemble Exam (2 hours)
• Game Sponsors Workshop with John Biggar (nibble food and drinks)
